Enhance Healthy Blood Flow

What is Compression therapy?

Compression technology uses biomimicry to replicate the natural muscle pumps and one-way valves of the legs. It creates a restorative massage that helps you feel refreshed faster.

The technology uses pulsated, sequential pneumatic compression delivered via leg boots similar to a large blood pressure cuff, which feature five chambers that are attached to a control unit and pump. By compressing the veins, blood moves faster through your system. Lactic acids and other wastes that build in the tissues are carried away in the veins and back toward the heart.

A primary function of these compression sleeves is to engage a lymphatic flush, which enhances healthy blood flow back into the region by helping to remove waste products, inflammation, and swelling. Additionally, these boots enhance circulation in the legs via the same mechanism.

Compression Therapy Benefits

Compression therapy takes sports recovery to the next level. Below are the benefits of compression sessions:

  • Lactic acid and lymphatic flushing, thus removing toxins
  • Reduces inflammation and water accumulation
  • Improved (better) and enhanced (healthier) circulation
  • Accelerated recovery, so you feel rejuvenated and ready for the next workout
  • Helps prevent and eliminate first-stage varicose vein

Who would benefit from compression therapy?

First, any athlete who uses their legs such as Runners, Swimmers, Cyclists, Triathletes, Weightlifters, CrossFitters, Mudders, Walkers, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Volleyball, Hockey, LAX players, and much more.

Second, anyone who works on their feet all day. Gravity causes poor circulation in your legs when you are standing all day such as Nurses, Doctors, Chiropractors, Construction Workers, Wedding Photographers/Videographers, and much more.

Third, anyone who battles poor circulation would benefit such as Diabetes, Varicose, Peripheral Artery Disease, and just about any circulation disease with the exception of Deep Vein Thrombosis (contraindicated).

Finally, anyone who enjoys a relaxing massage!  Just envision sitting back and relaxing with a post-workout beverage for anywhere from 20-60 minutes, having your legs massaged, flushed of lactic acid, and reinvigorated for your day!
